Competitive Teams
Ridgewood Gymnastics strives to provide instruction with positive coaching in a safe, fun learning environment for children at every level. We offer options for competitive gymnastics and is the home Highland Spirit Cheer.
-The Ridgewood Boys & Girls competition gymnastics teams competes within the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program. Ridgewood is home to numerous State and Regional Champions, as well as several National Champions.
-The Highland Spirit Cheer All Star Team competes locally within the United States All Star Federation.
Team training hours vary according to competition level. We invite boys & girls who are interested in trying out for one of our team programs to contact the gym at ridgewoodgym@gmail.com.
