About Us
Ridgewood Gymnastics began in the early 1980s when the recreation center was built. Since then, the facility has nearly doubled in size given the popularity and success of the programs offered.
Ridgewood Gymnastics owner Jeremy Kramb has a lifelong connection to the gym. Members of his family have lived in the neighborhood for more than 50 years and he has been personally involved with Ridgewood for more than 25 years. As a youngster, he and his siblings played on the playground at Ridgewood and participated in the summer programs offered.
Agility, strength, balance, coordination, goal setting, discipline, dependability, strong work ethic, confidence, determination and friendships are all developed through an excellent program with exceptional role models. Ridgewood Gymnastics is where Jeremy learned these core fundamentals of life and sport, and where he chooses to give back to the sport that has given him so much.
