CACI JARVIS SHINES AT REGIONALS
Caci Jarvis, Level 9, competed at Regionals (7 States) on April 10th in Rancho Rios, New Mexico. Caci had a fantastic meet: 1st Vault, 1st Beam, 3rd Bars, and 3rd All Around.
Her outstanding performance qualified Caci for Western Nationals to be held in Des Moines, Iowa May 2.
BOYS TEAM SUCCESSFUL AT REGIONALS
The Level 9 and Level 7 boys competed at the Region 3 Championships in New Orleans.
Jacob Barrus was 2nd on Vault and finished 3rd All Around. Additionally, he was one of six gymnasts selected as Region 3 team members. Jacob will compete at Nationals in Knoxville in May.
Tom Laakman, Level 7, also had a great meet. He placed 1st on rings, 3rd on high bar, 3rd on p-bars and 3rd AA
CACI JARVIS IMPRESSIVE AT STATE
Caci Jarvis recently competed at the Girls Level 9 State Championships held at TWU in Denton. Caci finished 5th All Around and qualified for Regionals in Rio Rancho, New Mexico!
BOYS TEAM MEMBERS SUCCESSFUL AT STATE
Jacob Barrus -Level 9, and Tom Laakman-Level 7 turned in great performances at the Boys State Championships.
Jacob placed 2nd on Vault.
Tom placed 1st on rings, 2nd on pommel horse and 3rd All-Around
Jacob, Tom and Rankin Hobbs, Level 7, all qualified for the Region 3 Championships.

Optional Girls have great Svetlana Invitational meet
The Ridgewood optional girls recently competed in the 2010 Svetlana Invitational in Houston. The girls had a great meet. Congratulations!

The Levels 4, 5 and 6 Ridgewood Girls Teams just completed an outstanding competitive season. The girls achieved tremendous results during the district qualifiers and then went on to post great performances at both the District Championships and North State Championships. In fact, every Level 5 and Level 6 team member qualified for the 2009 State Championships held in December.
