GIRLS TEAM

Ridgewood offers competitive team gymnastics for girls 6-18 who have reached advanced skill levels and are committed to pursuing the sport of gymnastics. Our USAG competitive team begins at Level 4.

Team training hours vary according to competition level. We invite girls who are interested in trying out for our team program to contact the gym at (214) 373-9615.
