Ridgewood Gymnastics began in the early 1980s when the recreation center was built. Since then, the facility has nearly doubled in size given the popularity and success of the programs offered.

Ridgewood Gymnastics' owner for the last seven years, Jeremy Kramb, has a life long connection to the gym. Members of his family have lived in the neighborhood for more than 50 years. Jeremy has been personally involved at Ridgewood for more then 25 years. As a youngster he and his siblings played on the playground here and participated in the summer programs offered. This is also where he began his journey in gymnastics.

Agility, strength, balance, coordination, goal setting, discipline, dependability, strong work ethic, confidence, determination, and friendships are all developed through an excellent program with exceptional role models. Ridgewood gymnastics is where Jeremy learned these core fundamentals of life and sport, and where he chooses to give back to the sport that has given him so much.
